All the chicks are doing great!  I bought 4 Silver Laced Wyandottes to add to the flock.style="mso-spacerun: yes">  They are 4 days younger than the rest of the
chicks.  We now have 41 chicks.style="mso-spacerun: yes">  Bo is working on the coop this weekend.style="mso-spacerun: yes">  Eventually we will have 2 coops and
runs.  The meat birds will be kept
separate with their own run so I don’t get attached.  The egg birds will have their own nest/roost box and run, but
will be given free range of the yard in the spring.  I want them to have no doubt as to where to lay their eggs and
roost!  I hate searching the yard for
eggs!  I am trying to handle the chicks
everyday so they will be more tame.  It
really helps when Peggy brings the boys down to handle them also.
